In December of 2022, five like-minded friends got together and took one of the biggest leaps any of them had ever taken before. With over forty years combined of experience under their belts and a driven passion for the business and craft, a new business was formed—Nightmare Productions.

With skillsets ranging from acting, face/body painting, carpentry, prop making, and design, these five individuals took a risk to develop and plan a brand new haunted attraction that would eventually open in Connecticut. As a result, Nightmare’s Gate took form over several months of work and would be their first official production as a team and company.

With goals of expanding and developing a pro-haunt, Nightmare Productions is so excited to open this show and show everyone what they are capable of.
